Spiritual Gifts, Strengths
Primary Gifts: Teaching, Encouragement, Discernment. Secondary Gifts: Administration, Intercession, Creative Communication. I completed a ministry assessment profile in my first year in seminary, and these gifts were confirmed in practical volunteer ministry before going to seminary and developed in vocational ministry since then. I believe spiritual gifts are best affirmed in the church through use of them in ministry, and this was the case for me.
